I searched for something clean and open that I felt comfortable in, and this place was a steal so close to UVU campus, without it being student housing!! I'm only selling my contract so I move closer to where I work, the contract goes through the end of May.

- Bathroom and vanity are separated by door, which I loved. It didn't get hot and humid since it was not connected to the shower and toilet area.
- Very large walk in closet connected to bedroom (and I'm not exaggerating when I say very large, the closet is huge! Perfect for girls like me with a lot of clothes!)
- Master Bedroom has its own balcony which is connected to the bedroom. (I have a barbecue that I put out there and it worked perfectly)
- Reserved COVERED parking stall belongs to the master bedroom, which is conveniently located right outside the apartment.
- All appliances fairly new and working well (Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, AC/Heater)
- Excellent management responds quickly and maintains regularly.
- Apartment is very close to the Frontrunner tracks and the freeway.
